In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom products and personalized items. Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
